We use what you send us only to answer you, plan your trip and run it. We never sell it, and we share it only with the people who need it to look after you in Vietnam.
Who is responsible for your data?
Green Candle Journeys is run by Kevin (Cường) in Vietnam. Trips are booked and operated through our logistics partner 365Aplus Travel, a registered Vietnamese company, tax code 0110251990. What do we collect?

Why do we use it?
- To reply to you and send a plan and price you asked for.
- To book and run your trip: hotels, drivers, guides, activities and your trading setup.
- To take payments, issue receipts and invoices, and keep the accounting records Vietnamese law requires.
- To look after you during the trip, including in an emergency.
- If you joined the list: about one email a month on new routes and Copy-Trips. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
We use your data because you asked us to plan or run a trip, because the law requires some records, or because you agreed, for example to the email list. We never use it to give trading or investment advice, and we never sell it.
Who do we share it with?
- 365Aplus Travel, which operates your trip on the ground.
- Hotels, drivers, guides and activity providers on your itinerary, only what each needs, such as your name, arrival time and passport details for check-in.
- Service providers we rely on: our web host (Hostinger), our email provider, WhatsApp (Meta) when you message us there, and our bank for payments.
- Authorities, only where Vietnamese law requires it, for example hotel guest registration.
When you message us on WhatsApp, Meta's own privacy terms apply to that app. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
How long do we keep it?
- Enquiries that don't become a trip: up to 2 years, so we can pick up the conversation if you come back, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Bookings: for as long as Vietnamese accounting and tax rules require.
- Email list: until you unsubscribe.
- Passport copies: deleted after your trip, once hotels and permits no longer need them.
How do we protect it?
The site runs over HTTPS. Form entries go to our inbox and to a private file on our server that the public cannot open. Only Kevin and the people planning your trip can see your details. We never ask for card numbers by chat or email.
What are your rights?
You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, stop using it for the email list, or send you a copy. Email kevindo09@gmail.com and we reply within 30 days, usually much faster. We follow Vietnam's personal data protection law, and we respect the same rights for travellers from the EU, UK and elsewhere. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can also contact the data protection authority in your country.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your data, we update this page and the date at the top. For a big change that affects a trip you have booked, we tell you directly.
