Business opportunities. Exceptional stays. Everything arranged around you.
A Green Candle Journeys service
A different way
A tour gives you someone else's schedule. A trip you organise yourself gives you a week of logistics. A private journey gives you the time back: you decide what matters, and one team arranges the rest.
A tour
Fine for sightseeing. Not built around a meeting at 10:00 or a quiet day when you need one.
On your own
Drivers, interpreters, introductions and hotels, each found and checked by you, in a new country.
With Green Candle
Meetings requested and confirmed, the car at the door, the right hotel, and one person who answers day and night.
How you are looked after

Met at the aircraft door or the arrivals hall, checked in before you reach the suite.

Your own car and professional driver for the whole stay. No waiting, no taxis, no re-explaining the address.

Private meeting rooms, company visits and site tours, with an interpreter who knows business language.

Villas and resorts chosen by hand for space and quiet, for you, your family or your guests.
Two experiences

See the market for yourself, meet the people behind it, and leave with a clearer view. Two to seven days, one to twenty people.
Meetings are requested on your behalf and confirmed with you in writing before you fly. We do not promise access to any company that has not agreed to meet.

Time that is properly yours: the right villa, an unhurried pace, and everything ready before you ask for it.
Every villa, cruise and transfer is confirmed in writing before you fly.
Meetings during the week. The coast, or the bay, when they are done.
Plan business & leisureDestinations
Each place does something different. We match the city to the purpose of your visit, not the other way round.

The commercial capital. The stock exchange, the VIFC core zone at Thu Thiem, fund managers and the industrial parks of the south, an hour away.

The second VIFC hub, tech parks and a coastline twenty minutes away. The easiest place to combine the two.

The capital. Ministries, policy and the manufacturing belt of the north.

Pool villas, the old town after dark, the beach at dawn. Thirty minutes from Da Nang.

A private cabin among the limestone karsts, two and a half hours from Hanoi. One night, or two.
Context
Three changes from 2026 that make this a good time to see the country with your own eyes.
FTSE Russell confirmed in April 2026 that Vietnam moves from Frontier to Secondary Emerging, effective 21 September 2026, with index inclusion phased in through September 2027.

Our role
Green Candle organises the journey and coordinates the meetings. We are not investment advisers, and nothing on this page is investment advice. Decisions stay with you and the licensed advisers you choose.
Our approach
What changes from guest to guest is the agenda. What does not change is the standard.
The right companies, advisers and venues, requested in your name and briefed on who you are.
Your schedule is shared with no one who does not need it. NDA on request.
One car, one driver, every day. Airport meet and assist on arrival and departure.
Hotels and villas we know, chosen for quiet, service and a desk that works.
One person from the first message to the flight home, reachable at any hour.
Why Green Candle

"I have spent ten years building trips in Vietnam and five years in the markets. When you travel with us, you deal with me directly, from the first conversation until you are home."
A Vietnamese team on the ground in the south, centre and north, the same team behind Vietnam Pickleball Travel. Ten years of planning and running trips in this country.
Hotels and resorts, chauffeur companies, business interpreters, licensed law and accounting firms, and industrial park operators we work with or introduce. We name them in your proposal, not on a logo wall.
Every journey is contracted through 365Aplus Travel, a registered Vietnamese company, tax code 0110251990, with a VAT invoice. If something goes wrong, you call Kevin.
Give investment advice, sell property or securities, or claim a relationship we do not have.
How it works
A private call or message about what you want from the visit. No cost, no commitment.
A written programme and fee within 72 hours, revised until it is right.
Meetings, stays and transfers confirmed in writing before you fly.
Met on arrival. One contact, day and night, until you leave.

Private by design. Personal by nature.
Private consultation
A few details are enough. The rest we cover together, on a call or in writing, whichever you prefer. Kevin replies personally within 24 hours.
Questions
No. Green Candle organises the journey and coordinates the meetings. Investment, legal and tax decisions stay with you and the licensed advisers you choose. We do not sell securities or property.
No one honestly can. We request meetings on your behalf, explain who you are and why you are visiting, and confirm each one with you in writing before you fly. If a company declines, we tell you early and suggest alternatives.
Of course. Many guests combine a business week with family time on the coast. We plan villas with space for children, a slower pace, and separate days for whoever wants them.
The central coast is at its best from February to August, the north from October to April, and Phu Quoc from November to April. Ho Chi Minh City works all year.
Most short visits use the Vietnam e-visa, up to 90 days, applied for at evisa.gov.vn. Some nationalities enter visa-free. If you will work or sign contracts, ask your lawyer about a business (DN) visa. Our e-visa guide has the details.
Three weeks for a simple programme. Six weeks or more for specific company meetings, peak-season villas or travel near Tet.
